Customer service

Use hovorka.marek@email.cz for order questions, delivery issues, withdrawals, complaints, privacy requests, intellectual-property notices, and product-safety reports. Include your order number where relevant, but never send complete payment-card details, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents by email.

The False Archive does not provide telephone customer support. Email is the official communication channel and allows requests and responses to be documented in a durable form.

Returns

Do not send a return to the registered address, to Printful, to the sender address printed on a parcel, or to any production facility unless we first authorise that exact return destination in writing. Return locations may vary according to the product, fulfilment facility, and customer location. Contact us first and retain proof of dispatch.

Fulfilment

Products are generally manufactured and shipped on demand by independent fulfilment providers, primarily Printful and its affiliated or subcontracted facilities. The customer’s purchase contract is with Marek Hovorka, trading as The False Archive, unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Printful, Stripe, Hostinger, carriers, and other service providers are not the seller of record to the customer.

Alternative dispute resolution

We ask customers to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve any issue directly.

If a consumer dispute arising from a purchase contract cannot be resolved, the consumer may seek alternative dispute resolution before the Czech Trade Inspection Authority:
