Shipping Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

1. On-demand production

Most The False Archive products are printed, embroidered, manufactured, or otherwise prepared only after an order is accepted. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

We use independent fulfilment providers, primarily Printful. The selected fulfilment facility may depend on product availability, destination, capacity, technology, quality control, tax, customs, and logistics. A product may be produced or shipped from a country different from the Seller’s registered address.

2. Estimated production and delivery

Production, dispatch, and delivery dates shown on the Website are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Estimates may change because of order volume, stock availability, quality control, carrier disruption, customs, weather, labour action, war, sanctions, security incidents, epidemic, cyber incident, or another event outside reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery within an agreed or statutory period remain unaffected. Unless another period is agreed, EU consumer orders are subject to the statutory rules concerning delivery without undue delay and generally no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.

3. Split shipments

Products in one order may be manufactured at different facilities and delivered in separate parcels. Each parcel may have its own tracking number, delivery estimate, customs treatment, and carrier. A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that another item is missing.

4. Shipping methods and charges

Available delivery methods, estimated times, and shipping charges are shown at checkout. A combined-cart shipping price does not guarantee that all items will be packed together. “Free shipping” promotions apply only to the destinations, methods, thresholds, products, and dates stated in the offer.

5. Address accuracy

The customer must verify the recipient name, street, house and unit number, postal code, city, region, country, email, and any carrier-required telephone number before payment.

An address change is effective only if we confirm it before production or carrier handover. We cannot guarantee changes, interception, or cancellation after fulfilment begins.

6. Customs, import VAT, duties, and local fees

Cross-border orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duty, brokerage, handling, storage, or local collection fees. Taxes and charges that we are legally required and technically able to collect will be shown at checkout. Where a destination authority or carrier imposes additional charges not collected by us, the recipient is responsible for them.

We do not control customs classification, inspection, valuation, local thresholds, or carrier fees. Refusal to pay a properly disclosed or legally imposed charge may cause return or destruction and may reduce any discretionary refund by the actual resulting costs, subject to mandatory law.

7. Tracking

Tracking availability and detail depend on the carrier and service. A label-created status does not always mean the carrier has physically scanned the parcel. Tracking may pause while a parcel is in transit, transferred between carriers, or processed by customs.

8. Risk of loss

For consumers, risk generally passes when the consumer or a person designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, except where the consumer independently appointed a carrier not offered by us and applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Delayed or lost parcels

Contact hovorka.marek@email.cz if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the delivery estimate has materially passed. We may require a reasonable carrier or fulfilment investigation, address confirmation, or signed declaration.

A parcel is not deemed lost merely because an estimated date passes. The customer must cooperate with customs, carrier, local-post, collection-point, and address-verification procedures. Mandatory cancellation, replacement, or refund rights remain unaffected.

10. Tracking shows delivered

If tracking shows delivery, first check the delivery location, safe place, building reception, household members, and the local carrier. We may require evidence of carrier error or theft before providing a discretionary replacement. This does not affect a consumer’s rights where risk had not lawfully passed or the delivery evidence is unreliable.

11. Refused, unclaimed, and returned parcels

If a parcel is returned, destroyed, or assessed charges because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address, refusal without a valid legal basis, failure to pay properly disclosed import charges, or failure to collect the parcel, we may require payment of the reasonable actual costs of return, storage, customs, destruction, correction, and reshipping to the extent permitted by law.

Genuinely personalised products may not be refundable where they cannot reasonably be resold and no mandatory right applies.

12. Damaged parcels

Where possible, photograph visible package damage before opening, retain all packaging and labels, and report the problem promptly. Refusing delivery is not always required and should be used only where lawful and appropriate.

13. Restricted destinations

We may refuse or cancel delivery to an unsupported, sanctioned, embargoed, unsafe, inaccessible, or high-risk destination, or where a carrier, payment provider, or fulfilment partner cannot lawfully perform. Any captured payment for an unperformed item will be refunded.
